Claude Licensing - Pro vs Team vs API

I'm working through some of the differences between the Claude Pro/Max, Teams, and API subscriptions. I'm sure I won't have identified all the differences but I wanted to focus on the privacy and security settings that each option allows.

First, Anthropic identifies the Free, Pro, and Max subscriptions and 'Consumer' whereas the API, Console, Team & Enterprise Plans are listed as 'Commercial'. By default, the Consumer plans have uploaded prompts and data used for Training the models (with the option to opt-out). The Commercial options disable that option by default.

I also like how the Commercial options default to having an Organizational area to control a lot of settings for users who sign up with a work or business email.
Pro Plan Settings:

Teams Plan Org Settings:

Console/API Org Settings:

The Team plan has a min of 5 users, but the controls are so much more robust. I'll talk about some of the org-wide controls that are available in a later post, but just using the Pro or Free version for a multi-user environment adds a lot of risk because the org can't control what tools or connectors the user is adding.
Key Takeaway:
My initial thought is that every organization should sign up for the API or Teams plans. Even with less than 5 users, the added control outweighs a $60/max/mo additional cost for the organization.
